I have been teaching various movement modalities including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Interval Training as well as mindfulness and meditation both in the corporates and private studios since 2008. My work is focused on becoming aware of the movement and behavioral patterns to then be able to make the healthy, harmonious choices that allows you to live as a vibrant human being.
