My teaching forges connections between a multitude of movement modalities and practical teachings to help you live your natural vibrant self.  I have always been interested in moving, dancing, playing as well as problem solving.  These curiosities naturally took me to study related disciplines while learning from first hand experiences as a dancer and an athlete.  After completing a B.S. degree in Physical Education & Sports and an M.S. in Sports Management along with various certification programs such as Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga, Barre, Interval Trainings etc. I now facilitate movement as a moment to moment exploration of one’s potential.  Movement is a part of life, accessible, and enjoyable, and of course beneficial. And the awareness of our fluctuating inner state can inform how we move and help us see how we can use movement to enhance our wellness.  Therefore, my practice is an opportunity, a space for exploration, openings for self-discovery and transformation, that encourage you to see and understand your body, your inner world, and human potential.
