Just as my homeland of Turkey has acted as a bridge between the people and lands of Europe, Asia, and Africa for millennia, my teaching forges connections between a multitude of movement modalities and practical teachings to help you live your natural vibrant self.  I have always been interested in moving, dancing, playing as well as problem solving.  These curiosities naturally took me to study related disciplines while learning from first hand experiences as a dancer and an athlete.  After  finishing a B.S. degree in Physical Education & Sports and an M.S. in Sports Management along with various certification programs such as Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga, etc. I came to understood that movement is an essential part of life and there are many ways one can enjoy this. However it should not be dictated as an “exercise” to do separate from one’s daily routine in a strict way. It can simply be a part of life, accessible, and enjoyable, and of course beneficial. And the awareness of one’s fluctuating inner state is essential to be able to live what is humanly possible. Therefore, my practice is an opportunity, a space for exploration, openings for self-discovery and transformation, that encourage you to see and understand your body, your inner world, and human possibilities.

Meditation, Yoga, Pilates, and Personal Training Olgu offers mindfulness and movement practices in various settings listed below. Private Sessions: In home, office, and studio sessions are provided for those who prefer focusing on their specific needs and goals on a one-on-one setting. This way the individual creates opportunity to work on improving their practice skills through a specified guidance. Groups and Corporate: You can bring your practice into your conference rooms and showrooms. Relaxation, enhanced attention, and motivation are some of the benefits of bringing mindful movement practice into your workplace. Olgu has been providing her service at New York City's  fast-paced corporates at financial and fashion districts since 2010, bringing mindfulness and body awareness modalities into the workplace. You can start yours with a team building activity and begin receiving the benefits of mindfulness at work.
