Here is an easy and nutritious breakfast option.


  • A handful of rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 2 handfull of berries of your choice (blueberries, raspberries are my choices)
  • 1 tbs flaxseed meal, or whole flaxseeds
  • A pinch of cinnamon, sea salt and turmeric


Mix all ingredients in bowl and cook it on gas mark 3 in coconut oil or ghee until golden brown about 4-6 min each sides.
